This class is specifically designed to empower you to obtain life balance in a hectic world. Through the ancient art and science of yoga, the practice will begin to enhance and equip you in your journey through life.  Class details:

 Classes meet 1 evening each week for 90 minutes and  includes 60 minutes of active Yoga practice.

 No yoga experience is necessary.

 Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.
